Conditions of Entry and Rules for the MilitaryWarfighter.com FREE Gear Contests:
1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Military Warfighter.com FREE Gear Contests to be held on a monthly basis (until the promotion ends). MilitaryWarfighter Solutions LLC is the sole company involved in the contest. The Military Warfighter Solutions LLC management reserves the right to add and/or delete participants at any time.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Rules. MilitaryWarfighter Solutions LLC reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on
the grounds of contest rules abuse or failure to submit accurate, truthful, and complete information.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Contestants must secure their entry by EITHER by submitting an entry on our Facebook Contest App (http://www.facebook.com/pages/MilitaryWarfightercom/280201518675267?sk=app_121121694568521) OR simply following us on our Twitter Page (http://twitter.com/#!/8888MILWAR). Every contestant whose entry complies with these Conditions and Rules will be entered in a drawing for a chance to receive a free prize on a monthly basis. One or more times per month, we will send out a FREE ITEM Coupon Code and a FREE SHIPPING Coupon Code and a HYPERLINK TO THE PRODUCT. The FIRST individual to successfully place an order wins the free gear. Upon notification if a winner does not wish to receive the FREE prize, another notification will be sent out offering the free gear again.
4. Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the date they enter the contest. Entrants must be able to legally receive the prize in the state they are located. There are some prizes like knives that have state, county, and local laws that may make possession of those items illegal. You are responsible for returning the prize if it is not legal for you to own it in your location.
5. Winners have the ability to have their First Name, Last Name, City, and State posted on the Winner's List OR to remain completely Anonymous. You are not required to have your name on the Winner's List. You will have the choice when you are placing your order to either be "on the Winner's List" or "anonymous". You must choose one of those two options before you push the "add to cart" button. If you select "on the Winner's List" you are giving exclusive permission for Military Warfighter Solutions LLC to use your First Name, Last Name, City, and State in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
6. Only one submission per person will be accepted. Individuals found submitting entries using multiple aliases will be removed from the contest and disqualified from receiving any prize.
7. The item will be shipped to the address you list in your order. Please provide 100% complete and correct information in your order submission. We are not responsible for typographical errors in the order.
8. Entries can be made at ANY time. You are immediately eligible for the next contest posting. You will remain eligible for future contests unless you violate one of the contest rules.
9. The prizes are not redeemable for cash, trade for other items, or transferable. If you win the prize, that is what you will receive.
10. Employees of Military Warfighter Solutions LLC - Employees of Military Warfighter Solutions LLC and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
11. Military Warfighter Solutions LLC disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, website unavailability, email system errors, acts of God, or otherwise.
12. To the extent permitted by law, Military Warfighter Solutions LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the free prize.
13. Military Warfighter Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated any Military Warfighter Solutions LLC rules as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
14. No purchase is necessary to win. Making a purchase from MilitaryWarfighter.com does not increase or decrease your chances to win.
15. Military Warfighter Solutions LLC has the right to change the Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules of the MilitaryWarfighter.com Free Gear Contest at any time.
16. The participant agrees to be bound by the website general Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of conflict between these Conditions of Entry / Rules and the website Terms and Conditions of Use, the specific Conditions of Entry / Rules will prevail. Rules may be amended at any time to time by employees of Military Warfighter Solutions LLC.
17. Military Warfighter Solutions LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue this contest at any time for any reason.
18. Applicants must be United States residents. We will only ship to United States addresses that can be verified. All international applicants are disqualified from entering and winning any prize.
