Here’s a great real life example of why Trijicon ACOGs are worth the money:SGT Todd Bowers is a Marine who served in Iraq. His father gave him an ACOG scope as a gift before he deployed. SGT Bowers brought it with him and used it during patrols and combat operations. During one operation his unit encountered some insurgents and a firefight broke out.
Sometime during the fight an enemy sniper round hit the ACOG he was aiming through and the ACOG stopped the 7.62mm bullet! He continued to fight with his unit and routed the insurgents. Talk about a tough battle tested product!
