My name is Matt Warner and I'm the owner / manager of MilitaryWarfighter.com. I spent four years as a paratrooper in the 3/73 Armor in the 82nd Airborne Division. I enjoyed my time on Fort Bragg and I decided that I wanted to open a business to serve the military community. After I left Active Duty I went to Michigan State University and received a degree in Business Management. After that I opened MilitaryWarfighter.com and it's been a great business so far. We don't just put ANY gear on this site.  We are very selective with our product list and we only carry the best of the best.  We specifically research all of the products and brands to ensure that they are military and law enforcement tough.  If it isn't good enough for the soldiers and police that protect us every day.....we won't carry it....EVER.  You won't find any worthless gear, t-shirts, novelty items, bullet keychains, or other gimmicky products here.  We just carry top of the line Military and Law Enforcement Equipment.  No Junk, Just Good Gear!

We offer FREE UPS Shipping on all orders over $200.00!!! We ship the majority of our products via UPS. We have several different UPS and USPS shipping methods depending on how fast you want the products.

We only ship products within the United States (to include US Military APO and FPO addresses overseas).

NOTE: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO / FPO Addresses may take longer. If you are in a time crunch and need it faster… give us a call ASAP (once an item ships we can’t change the shipment time). The faster the shipping method, the more it costs.

NOTE: If we ship your order directly from our location we will furnish a tracking number. If we are out of an item we will find a distributor with that item and ship from their location (This costs MilitaryWarfighter.com more, but gets you the items faster!). We do this to eliminate backorders and improve customer service (Nobody likes to be on backorder!). If we ship from a distributor we may be unable to get tracking numbers.

To Cancel an order simply do the following:
1. Call customer service at 616-295-3457 and say that you want to cancel your order. Please do not email us as the cancellation request may not get to us fast enough.
2. We'll cancel the order ASAP!

Orders that have been shipped are not able to be canceled. If that has happened please refer to the Refund and Exchange section below.

To get a Refund or Exchange items please do the following:
1. Call or email customer service at 616-295-3457 or email us at contact.us@militarywarfighter.com with a request to get a Refund or Exchange items.
2. Get a Return Authorization (RA) number. This may take 24 hours depending on when you call or email.
3. Write the Return Authorization number on the package and ship it to the address provided by customer service.

It's that simple! We work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

Important Refund and Exchange Information:
1. Items can be returned up to 30 days after we ship the item (just to be safe contact us ASAP about returns).
2. Items must be in new, unused, unsoiled condition (we cannot accept returns of used equipment). All items originally shipped with the product must be returned for a refund (product manuals, accessories, etc). Once a scope is mounted it is considered used and unable to be returned. Please check out the merchandise you receive before you use it!
3. There is a 15% restocking fee for refunds or exchanges.
4. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Packages shipped to us COD will have that amount deducted from the refund.
5. Discounts given on products will not be refunded. If you received a $20 discount on a $100 product....your refund will be the $80 you paid, not the $100 retail value.
6. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on Special Order Items (Special Orders Items are any products not listed in this website).

Incorrect shipments will be taken care of by MilitaryWarfighter.com. If you ordered A and we shipped B we'll fix it ASAP!

If the shipment is damaged in transit please contact us. We will file a claim with UPS or the Post Office to make sure you're compensated.

All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty (if there is a warranty). Any warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer of that product. If you have problems contacting the manufacturer just let us know.

Question: What qualifies for a bulk / large / group discount?
Answer: Generally orders over $3,000 qualify for a bulk discount (or 5 or more scopes purchased). This discount is only available to Military and Law Enforcement individuals and some Corporate purchases. This can be either a government purchase OR individual military members / police members submit a group of individual orders! Bulk shipments can only be sent to the Military Unit or Law Enforcement or Corporation business location (no personal address shipments are allowed). Contact us via the customer service phone number for a discount quote.

Question: Can anyone buy from your website or do you need to be in the military?
Answer: We are open to the public. ANYONE can buy from our website. A few of the Benchmade knives (the switchblade ones) are restricted to Active Duty Military Personnel Only. Other than that all products are open to public purchase.

Question: Why did you start Military Warfighter Solutions?
Answer: I started Military Warfighter Solutions because I wanted to operate my own business that provides products for the military community. Initially I plan on offering standard military gear at discount prices. Eventually I will be developing my own product line to include items you've never seen before. I plan on taking product suggestions from all branches of the military. Inventing new and useful products is a passion of mine and I hope to bring that portion of the business online soon!
